3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
1½ tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic salt
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional additions for variation
Potatoes and carrots (for a complete meal)
Olive oil (to enhance moisture and flavor)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) to ensure even cooking.
- Pat the pork roast dry and place it in a bowl or large bag. Add the chopped rosemary, garlic salt, thyme, and black pepper, then rub the seasoning thoroughly over the meat.
- Place the seasoned roast in a baking dish. If using vegetables, arrange the potatoes and carrots around the pork.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 63°C (145°F), ensuring the meat stays juicy and tender.
- Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing to lock in the juices.
- Slice and serve warm.
