Ingredients
Seasoning Mix

1 onion, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, julienned
Assembly

4 hoagie rolls, sliced lengthwise
Directions
Prepare the Seasoning
Combine salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, marjoram, and basil in a small bowl.
Season the Steak
