Directions

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or sauté pan over medium heat.
  • Add mushrooms, chopped onion, shredded carrots, red bell peppers, and minced garlic. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender.
  • Stir in the bean sprouts and chopped green onions and cook for about 1 minute.
