Directions
- Begin by greasing a large baking sheet and sprinkling it lightly with cornmeal. This step helps prevent the dough from sticking and adds a slightly crisp texture to the bottom of the bread.
- In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl, combine two cups of flour, active dry yeast, and salt. Add the warm water and mix with a dough hook or wooden spoon until the ingredients begin to come together.
