1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast halves, cut into small bite size pieces
1 cup lemonade
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 bay leaf
1 (12 ounce) package corn tortillas
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 head lettuce, finely shredded
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) jar salsa
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream

Directions

  • Place the chicken pieces, lemonade, olive oil, lime juice, and Worcestershire sauce into a large skillet set over medium heat.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and the bay leaf, then mix everything together.
  • Cook the mixture while stirring from time to time until the chicken becomes soft and fully cooked, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Heat the corn tortillas in the microwave or oven until they become warm and flexible.
  • Move the cooked chicken into a serving bowl and discard the bay leaf.
  • Place the chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, salsa, and sour cream into separate serving bowls.
  • Add the chicken into each tortilla and top with the ingredients you prefer.
  • Fold the tortillas and serve right away.
