3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices ham
6 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- In a shallow dish, combine the flour and paprika until evenly mixed.
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
- Place one slice of Swiss cheese and one slice of ham on top of each chicken breast, leaving a small space around the edges.
- Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure each roll with toothpicks.
