Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) package egg noodles
- 2 (10.5-ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 (5-ounce) cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- ½ (4.5-ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles until tender but firm, about 7 to 9 minutes. Drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, cream of mushroom soup, 1 cup of shredded cheese, tuna, peas, mushrooms, and chopped onion. Mix until evenly coated.
