Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Lemon slices and parsley, for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season tilapia fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano.
  3. Arrange the fillets in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Pour over the fish.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.
