Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef strips and stir fry for 3–4 minutes, until browned.
- Push the beef to one side of the wok.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, green onion, and garlic to the center. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix the beef back in with the vegetables.

- Continue stirring and cooking for about 2 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
