Slime Recipe
This Slime Recipe is a fun and easy craft that kids love. Made with just three simple ingredients, this easy slime recipe comes together in minutes and provides hours of hands on entertainment. Whether you want to turn it into a fluffy slime recipe, butter slime variation, or experiment with other textures, this base method is the perfect starting point. Homemade slime is affordable, quick to prepare, and easy to customize with colors, glitter, or scents.

Ingredients
8 ounce bottle white school glue
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons contact saline solution or slime activator, more as needed
Food coloring, optional
Directions
Pour the glue into a plastic mixing bowl. If using food coloring, add it now and stir until evenly blended.
Add the baking soda and mix thoroughly until the texture is smooth.
Pour in 1 1/2 tablespoons of saline solution and stir well. If the mixture feels too sticky, add an additional 1/2 tablespoon at a time. Adding more activator will create a thicker slime, while using less will keep it stretchier.
Continue stirring until the slime becomes too thick to mix with a spoon.
Use your hands to knead the slime until it turns smooth and no longer sticky. It may feel wet and gooey at first, but keep kneading until it holds together and becomes stretchy.
Stretch, pull, and play. Store in a zip top bag or airtight container when not in use to keep it fresh.
