  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches, ¼ cup white sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Mix until the peaches are evenly coated.
  • Pour the peach mixture into a 2-quart baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
