- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups chicken broth (add more if needed)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ pound spaghetti
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 1 ½ tablespoons dried parsley
Directions
- Gather all ingredients and set them aside.
- Heat olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add butter and stir constantly until it melts and blends with the garlic.
- Pour in 3 cups of chicken broth, followed by pepper and salt. Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Add spaghetti directly into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite about 12 minutes. If the pasta begins to stick, add a bit more chicken broth.
