Ingredients
4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard
2/3 cup white sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar

2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped

Directions
