Ingredients
- 2 (16-ounce) jars prepared salsa
- 1 pound ground beef (or chicken, steak, or shredded beef)
- 1 (15.5-ounce) jar salsa con queso
- 20 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (8-ounce) package shredded Cheddar–Monterey Jack cheese blend
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and pour salsa evenly into the bottom.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Stir salsa con queso into the cooked beef until fully combined.
- Add about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture to each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly browned.
