Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon prepared mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)
Directions
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold, salted water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes until the eggs are hard-boiled.
- Drain and cool the eggs immediately in an ice bath. Once cooled, peel the hard-boiled eggs carefully.
- Slice each egg in half lengthwise and gently remove the yolks.
- In a small bowl, mash the yolks with vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Add a little extra mayonnaise if needed to reach your desired consistency.
