  • 8 Roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
  • ⅓ cup fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ounce freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet.
