Ingredients

- 6 medium potatoes, scrubbed
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl, then mix in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Poke several holes into each potato using a fork.
