About AQM Copper Inc.


AQM Copper Inc. is a well financed junior Canadian mining company focused on the rapid expansion and development of the Zafranal Project in Southern Peru. Located in the resource rich district of the Southern Peru Porphyry Copper Belt, Zafranal is ideally situated amongst the world's largest operating copper mines.

AQM Copper operates the 50/50 Joint Venture with Teck Resources on the 25,000ha Zafranal project, which saw 74,000m of exploratory drilling in 2010. In January 2011, AQM published Zafranal's first NI 43-101 Compliant Resource Estimate, which reported:

Mineralization at Zafranal remains open to the southeast and northwest as well as at depth in certain areas. The Company's plans for 2011 include a $20M Work Program which will further drill test Zafranal and it's neighboring satellite targets. Management maintains extensive experience working for the world's largest copper and gold producers in South America. Bruce Turner (formerly President of BHP Billiton's Minera Escondida) played a significant role over 19 years in the development and management of Escondida, which became the world's largest copper producing mine. Juan Villarzu was the Chairman of Codelco, the world's largest copper company for nine years. Management's combined 280 years of wide-ranging experience enables them to successfully manage every stage of a project.
